Privacy
eQueue tells you when your order is ready. We keep as little as possible to do that.
What we store
Your order number, the times it was queued, ready and collected, and a random id for this browser so we can send the alert to the right phone. If you choose WhatsApp, the phone number you message us from.
What we never store
Your name, location, contacts, payment details or anything you did not type into this page.
How long
Phone numbers are deleted after 90 days unless you tick the box to hear about offers from the venue. Order records stay for the venue's statistics without any way to identify you.
Who sees it
The venue you ordered from sees its own orders, ratings and, if you opted in, your number. eQueue operates the platform and can see all venues' data to run the service.
Notifications
Web push and WhatsApp alerts are only about your order. No marketing without a separate opt-in. "Stop tracking" ends alerts immediately.
